Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute the legal agreement governing the use of services and products offered by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. ("Company").

Any individual or entity ("User") who accesses, contacts, or engages in transactions through the Company's platforms, including but not limited to its websites, mobile applications, sales representatives, offices, call centers, branch offices, franchisees, agents, and any other authorized distribution channels (collectively referred to as "Sales Channels"), shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. The term "Website" refers to both the websites and mobile applications operated by the Company.

The terms "Party" and "Parties" may be used interchangeably within this Agreement to refer to both the User and Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd.

The "Terms of Service" section of the Company's website sets forth the governing terms and conditions applicable to the various products and services provided by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. The User is encouraged to review the specific Terms of Service applicable to each individual product or service they intend to access or purchase. By engaging with such products or services, the User agrees to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions.

FLIGHT TICKETS

Airline Terms and Conditions

The terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the respective airlines, including but not limited to cancellation policies, refund procedures, and other travel-related terms, shall apply to any airline tickets purchased through the Website.

Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary, facilitating the purchase of airline tickets. The agreement for the provision of flight services is exclusively between the User and the relevant airline.

Airlines reserve the right to modify flight schedules, routes, and other flight details at their discretion, without prior notice to Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. As a facilitator, Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by the User due to any such changes or cancellations made by the airline.

Different tickets for the same airline may have varying terms, restrictions, amenities, and prices.

Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. has no control over the baggage policies established by the airlines for the selected fare. Some tickets may be categorized as "hand baggage fares," which do not include free checked baggage. In such cases, the User will be required to pay additional fees for checked baggage. The cost of adding checked baggage may vary depending on the airline. For specific information regarding baggage fees, the User is advised to contact the airline directly.

Code Share

Certain airlines may enter into code-share agreements with other carriers. Under such arrangements, the airline marketing or selling a flight ticket may not operate its own aircraft on specific routes. Instead, the airline may partner with or hire another carrier to operate the flight. In the booking process, the partner airline will be identified as "operated by" or "run by."

The code-sharing status of your flight will be disclosed to you during the booking process and prior to payment.

Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. will only communicate code-sharing arrangements once the ticketing airline has informed Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. of such agreements.

Pricing

The final price displayed on the payment page of the Website typically includes the base fare, applicable government taxes, and any convenience fees. The User is required to pay the full amount in order to confirm the reservation(s). Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service if the full payment is not received. On the date of travel, the User undertakes to pay any statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees.

To qualify for infant fares, the child must be under 24 months of age for the entire journey, including both outbound and return flights. If the child is 24 months or older at the time of the return flight, the User must make a separate reservation under the applicable child fare. In accordance with airline policies, infants or minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Travel Documents

The User is solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documentation, including identification, passports, visas (including transit visas), and any other required documents for the trip. Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any failure to travel due to the User's lack of appropriate travel documentation.

The User acknowledges that any information provided by Gantu Online Pvt. Ltd. regarding travel documents is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as definitive. The User is responsible for verifying travel requirements with the relevant authorities.
